It was during the 2001-2003 Gotan Project tour that Philippe Cohen Solal first imagined Inspiración · Espiración, a collection of rare and funky tangos, previously unreleased remixes, and musical collisions ranging from the hip-hop of Anti Pop Consortium to Peter Kruder’s adventurous house, from Pepe Bradock’s deep techno to Calexico’s wide-open soundscapes.
Originally released in 2004, this iconic album celebrates its 20th anniversary and is now for pre-order for the first time on vinyl in its complete, reimagined edition.
