Following the release of last year’s EP “Class Of 89”, and after composing the original music for the show “TANGO y TANGO,” Philippe Cohen Solal (Gotan Project) now presents his new album “75010“, set to be release this Friday.
Under this somewhat coded and enigmatic banner, the artist has taken on the mission of creating a global music with a hyper-local scene, namely his neighborhood, the 10th arrondissement of Paris.
On this project, of which a first EP was released at the end of 2023, Philippe Cohen Solal invites several artists with diverse musical colors, such as American singer Sarah McCoy, the two rappers Uzay, and the actress and singer Judith Chemla.
