Description

Following the release of last year’s EP “Class Of 89”, and after composing the original music for the show “TANGO y TANGO,” Philippe Cohen Solal (Gotan Project) now presents his new album “75010.”

Under this somewhat coded and enigmatic banner, the artist has taken on the mission of creating a global music with a hyper-local scene, namely his neighborhood, the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

On this project, of which a first EP was released at the end of 2023, Philippe Cohen Solal invites several artists with diverse musical colors, such as American singer Sarah McCoy, the two rappers Uzay, and the actress and singer Judith Chemla.

Après avoir sorti l’an dernier l’EP « Class Of 89 » avec son ami Keziah Jones, et composé la musique originale du spectacle « TANGO y TANGO », Philippe Cohen Solal (Gotan Project) présente aujourd’hui son nouvel album « 75010 ».

Sous  cette  bannière  un  peu  codée  et  énigmatique, l’artiste  s’est  donné pour mission de  créer une  musique  globale avec une scène hyper locale, à savoir son quartier,  le 10ème  arrondissement  de Paris.  

Sur ce projet, dont un premier EP est sorti fin 2023, Philippe Cohen Solal invite plusieurs artistes  aux  couleurs musicales  diverses, comme  le chanteur CharlElie Couture, les deux rappeurs Uzay ou encore l’actrice et chanteuse Judith Chemla.
